Ulises Otero, also know as “Uli,” is a NY-Based actor and filmmaker from Miami, Florida. If he looks familiar, you may know him from a viral international Samsung commercial forever securing his place in internet history as “the gochujang cookie guy.” He earned his BFA from the University of Michigan and was named a 2020 National Young Arts Finalist in Theatre.
